Congratulations to all our Friends who Participated in the Olympics 2012

mens8-220.jpgWhat an amazing event.  This Olympics made me think about how participation is paramount.  I learned that we should go out to win the races we can win " beat the beatable crews" Mike Spracklen, 2012.  Southeastern Ontario and Kingston Rowers have challenged the best in the world.  More to come I'm sure.

Thanks to Coaches, Trainers, Physiologists, Psychologists Physiotherapists and Dietitians who help athletes reach their goals in Canada.
